# Bio Gold Video Editor V4.5

## Use with Claude

1. Attach this file to the Claude project or conversation that will plan the cut.
2. Attach the cut package exported by Bio Gold Moments.
3. Tell Claude to treat the exact IDs, source links, transcript and timing in the cut package as authoritative.
4. Give Claude access to the canonical local V4.5 package when it needs to render or run release gates. This portable file is the planning entrypoint, not a copy of the package's scripts and reference library.
5. Keep the result a candidate until the canonical package validates the exact rendered file.

## Core contract

V4.5 is the story-first Bio Gold production system. Finished and review MP4s contain no burned-in captions, subtitle tracks, karaoke text or transcription overlays. Preserve every non-caption V4.4 source, audio, freshness, privacy, product-truth and visual-quality gate.

The live Bio Gold Moments catalogue is the source of truth for discovery. A cut package must retain exact asset IDs, moment IDs, source URLs, start and end seconds, transcript, person evidence, caption state, music state, source health and provenance.

## Operator sequence

1. Declare the funnel job before discovery.
2. Discover sequences and context, not isolated fragments.
3. Generate 12 to 15 territories, reject at least two-thirds, source-prove five, rough-cut two and finish only what passes.
4. Map every spoken line and shot to one story beat: pattern interrupt, problem, escalation, discovery, explanation, human payoff or resolved ending.
5. Require one continuous real speaker, one real voiceover with exact supporting footage, or a deliberately designed chorus.
6. Match B-roll literally to the words. If exact footage does not exist, keep the speaker on screen or raise a shooting gap.
7. Place every audio boundary in a measured low-RMS window. Timings nominate, measurement decides.
8. Normalise each source segment to -18 LUFS before concatenation and apply 8 ms microfades at joins.
9. Render without captions. Zero subtitle streams and unresolved OCR text are hard gates.
10. Estimate strategist burden before review. More than five material comments or ten minutes of expected rescue work means repair or reject internally.
11. After two material repair rounds, kill or replace the concept.
12. Release only after the canonical V4.5 package passes every gate on the exact final hash.

## Carl review rules

- Every surfaced cut is clean and uncaptioned.
- Trim every scene to its strongest complete lines while letting story beats breathe.
- Never butt adjacent cuts from the same framing together raw. Bridge with literally congruent B-roll or a measured punch-in difference.
- Select archive visuals first, then use only spoken lines that literally describe those visuals.
- Direct-to-camera time is earned by the take.
- A film ends on human payoff or an opening-state callback, never an abrupt proof claim.
- Availability in the catalogue is not media-buy or claim approval.

## Delivery language

Use `draft`, `candidate`, `blocked` or `needs repair` until the canonical release validation passes. Never describe a cut as done, ready or final before that proof exists.
